If you are dissatisfied with your item please contact us within 14 days of receipt of item and we will make arrangements to either refund you the cost of the item less shipping or place a new order for you. The items must be returned in original condition, with original hang tags at the purchaser's expense before any refunds will be determined and issued.
We apologize, no refunds can be given on custom items, so please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order. all sales are final.
Items That Are Lost Or Damaged During Transit
If your package is damaged you should notify us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
claims made for packages that appear lost must wait from 21-45 days until an official claim can be made.
(The duration of waiting time is dependent on the location to which the item was sent.)
Once an insurance claim has been resolved, a new item will be created and shipped at no extra cost.
